High quality rooms. New and pristine. Excellent bed (not hard, not soft). Lovely bathroom with a rain shower and plenty of hot water. Comfortable sofa, good desk and chair. Kitchen has high quality appliances. Perfect air conditioning. Some shops nearby but with limited hours so you may need to walk for 5-10 minutes for a Winmart/Circle K convenience store or get a Grab taxi. Not far from the Lotte mall (about 30,000 VND in a Grab). The roadworks mentioned in orders reviews are not a problem at this point. Grab taxis are fine coming here.

The views from the room were so wonderful (especially allowing you to enjoy the magic of Monsoon), I never left the room to even explore the city! LOCATION: Located on main road lead to the airport ROOM: I stayed in 1 bedroom suite, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Very spacious suite with a Living room that comes with a Dining area and a decent kitchen(with a big refrigerator, microwave, etc but no Oven) and an equally big Bed Room. enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW: city view from both the living room windows and Bedroom windows. AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: fine quality Toiletries FACILITIES: Very good SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high-speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property.

Excellent hotel experience from start to finish. It's clear this hotel is very well managed and is paying close attention to the details. High level of staff discipline and friendliness is evident every time you interact. That is not always easy for a hospitality business to pull off, but they are certainly doing it well.

I really like the space, very modern and clean. The staff is very nice & enthusiastic . Solved the problem very quickly. The location a bit far from the center but that's okay. Clean room with full amenities. Cooking utensils are complete and very good. Near West Lake so you can borrow a bicycle to ride around. Bathroom is fully equipped with a dryer, shampoo, and shower gel. Very clean and thoughtful. If I have a chance to go to Hanoi, I will definitely stop here again.
